Outpatient Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Opening in St. Louis County, MO

A reputable, value-based geriatric primary care organization with multiple locations across the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Creve Coeur . They prefer candidates with critical care experience due to the complexity of patients. This is an outpatient only position seeing patients ages 65 and up.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000$150,000 based on experience

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Outpatient only – no weekends

• Rotating after-hours phone calls one night per week

• Focused on patients ages 65 and older

• Responsibilities include well-checks, preventive care, same-day and sick visits

• Low patient volume: 810 patients per day for more personalized care

• ALL Scripts EHR

Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong ICU experience will be considered

• Ability to practice autonomously with the support of a clinical team
