Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Merrillville Plz)

Job Details Job Location: 1675 East 80th Ave - Merrillville, IN 46410 Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time, hourly with sales bonuses. Work Location: In person. Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions; sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
