Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Title Entry Level Chemical Regulatory Analyst Overview We are looking for a self‑motivated team player to analyze customer products for regulatory compliance and complete data gaps. This is a non‑laboratory, entry‑level role in the Scientific Insourcing department. Compensation $21.00 – $23.00 per hour Job Description The Global Chemical Compliance Specialist participates in governance processes that ensure compliance with chemical substance registration regulations worldwide. The role supports all business groups and functional areas across the company, reviewing internal and external products, raw materials, and suppliers to maintain chemical compliance. Responsibilities Review regulatory requirements for RM’s and FG’s across divisions Gather and review compliance information from suppliers Assist in product‑level compliance reviews as needed Respond routinely to internal customer inquiries Assist in data gathering for team members responding to regulatory reporting requirements, complex customer inquiries, or certification statements Maintain routine interactions with internal customers and outside suppliers Support all divisions, multiple regulatory areas, and multiple regions Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science (Chemistry or related field) Fluent in spoken and written English Minimum 1–2 years regulatory or compliance experience in the chemical industry Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to handle repetitive tasks involving large amounts of data Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel Comfortable learning new and varied computer systems Preferred Familiarity with regulations governing chemicals, environmental impact, and hazards in the coatings industry (e.g., Chemical Inventory Control laws, REACH, GHS) Experience with Sherwin Williams compliance software (e.g., RMDM, WERCS, HEARS) Additional 1–2 years laboratory/formulation experience (optional) Benefits Full‑time roles are eligible for a comprehensive benefits program that includes competitive salaries, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement savings plan with 100% vested employer match, life, disability, voluntary benefits, paid time off (holidays, sick and vacation days), HSA, wellness program, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, parental leave, optional legal coverage and identity theft protection.
