Looking for an opportunity where your confidence, personality, and people skills can help you build a successful career? The Fountaine Collective is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales Associate.

In this role, you'll represent nationally recognised brands at retail promotions, shopping centres, and live events throughout Indianapolis. You'll engage directly with customers, introduce exciting products and services, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions—all while developing valuable sales and communication skills.

No previous sales experience? No problem. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Every day brings something different. You'll work at exciting promotional events where you'll:

Represent well-known brands in a professional and engaging manner

Speak with customers face-to-face and build genuine connections

Introduce products and services while identifying customer needs

Demonstrate product features and explain key benefits

Assist customers throughout the sign-up or purchasing process

Help achieve individual and team sales targets

Work closely with colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven, and enjoy interacting with people. You don't need previous sales experience—we're far more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
