DIETITIAN

Responsibilities Consult with the Food Service Director to establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for the department operations. Assist in assuring delivery of quality nutrition and food services. Coordinate with other departments to provide a maximum level of service. Assist the Food Service Director in ensuring department compliance with accreditation and regulatory agency requirements. Qualifications Registered Dietitian licensed by the State of Texas. Membership in the American Dietetic Association. Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment, typewriter, and computer (experience preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition.
