Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities include overseeing work orders, handling breakdowns and accidents, managing hazardous waste cleanup, and maintaining the repair facility. The position involves leading and developing a team of mechanics, conducting audits for safety and compliance, and supporting process improvements for cost savings and efficiency. Qualifications include a high school diploma, five years of fleet maintenance experience (preferably with refrigeration and refrigerant handling), strong communication skills, and proficiency in fleet management software.
