Shift Manager Shift Manager $14-$18 per hour, Flexible schedules. Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. Oversee safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handoff. Assist departments in meeting their goals and maintain targets during shifts. Key Tasks Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
