The Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in planning and organizing engaging events and activities, primarily working within a small internal team. This position involves organizing trips, ensuring participant satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks using standard office productivity tools. Occasional travel to events is expected to support successful activity execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events and activities
- Engage with participants to ensure active involvement
- Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word
- Escort participants on trips and outings
- Collaborate with a small internal team to deliver successful events
- Utilize standard office productivity tools to manage tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in event or activities coordination
This position is 32 hours per week.
