About Us

Higher Digital is built for people who want to do meaningful work in an environment free from corporate bureaucracy. We trust people to use good judgment and get things done. We share how the company is performing. We talk openly about what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Good ideas matter more than titles, and we expect people to challenge us when they see a better way. We also genuinely like working together. Cameras are usually on. Conversations wander into football, soccer, baseball, travel, and whatever international rivalry is happening that week. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We’re building Higher Digital together.

Higher Digital moves quickly. Priorities change. People wear more than one hat. There isn’t a giant organization waiting to solve every problem for you. If you need layers of process, narrowly defined responsibilities, and lots of permission, this probably isn’t your place. If you like autonomy, smart colleagues, transparency, variety, and the opportunity to make a visible difference (for our clients and for the company) you’ll probably feel at home here.

We’re remote-first and work across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and beyond. We value flexibility, but flexibility comes with accountability. Clients and teammates need to be able to count on you. We’re a small, experienced, global team helping higher education institutions solve hard problems and turn strategy into action. That means our people get real responsibility, real visibility, and a real voice in what we do.
