Position Details We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide care on an ongoing basis for a clients in Hartford County. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, non-medical care and support to individuals in their own homes. Ideal Candidates Warm and patient personality Excellent time management skills Experience in home care Ability to provide engaging and safe care Excellent communication skills Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Available for 4, 6, 8 & 12 hour shifts, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays & weekends Must have a driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance Minimum of 3 years of home care experience Self‑directed and exceptional attention to detail Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus Hoyer exp is a plus High School Diploma or GED Certified Nurse Assistant certification a plus Responsibilities Driving client to appointments Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal care Helping with transfers, mobility, and repositioning Providing oral, hair, skin, and nail care Incontinence care and toileting Assisting with feeding and PT exercises Offering socialization, engagement, and support Meal preparation and cooking Medication reminders Client laundry and light housekeeping Running errands and grocery shopping Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Benefits Flexible work schedules Weekly pay Same day pay available Accrued sick time Work with one client at a time Mileage reimbursement MyCTSavings Retirement Paid Orientation and Training #J-18808-Ljbffr
