Job Summary:
As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Linux Shell Scripting, DevOps tools like GitHub, and cloud technologies such as AWS to drive innovation and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the companys growth and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust software applications using Python and Spring Boot to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Oversee the implementation of Docker and containerization strategies to optimize deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
- Provide expertise in AWS services, including VPC, Lambda, and EKS, to architect secure and efficient cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PostgreSQL and Oracle SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Utilize Kafka (Messaging (AWS SQS, Active MQ, Webmethods UM , Kafka Streaming)
)for real-time data streaming and processing, enhancing the responsiveness of applications.
- Implement Linux Shell Scripting to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices using GitHub to streamline development workflows and foster collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and deployment, maintaining high standards of code quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Linux Shell Scripting and DevOps tools like GitHub, essential for efficient software development.
- Possess strong expertise in Python and Spring Boot (Java 17), crucial for building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Have experience with Docker and containerization, vital for optimizing deployment processes.
Show proficiency in AWS services(AWS (Fargate ECS, Cloudwatch, Secrets Manager, SQS, etc.)
), including VPC, Lambda, and EKS, necessary for architecting secure cloud solutions.
