Sanitation LeadThe Sanitation Lead is responsible for overseeing daily sanitation operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. This role supports distribution activities, promotes adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assists in team coordination and training.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all team members follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a safe working environment; identify and report safety or operational concerns to management.Lead and support sanitation and housekeeping efforts to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and regulatory standards.Ensure the shift consistently follows good housekeeping practices and sanitation protocols.Provide clerical support to review sanitation inventory, review shift and pre-operational reportsAct as a point of contact during the shift for sanitation-related issues.QualificationsPrevious experience in sanitation, preferred.Strong understanding of safety standards and sanitation practices.Ability to lead by example and promote a team-oriented environment.Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
