The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization, leading and managing financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities. This senior position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in accounting, particularly within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, preparing all financial reports, collaborating on budget and forecast development, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the CFO will be a key player in implementing strategic financial plans and driving the company's financial performance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree or professional accounting designation. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role within the manufacturing sector is essential, as is proficiency in Sage accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities, a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles, and strong leadership and communication skills. The CFO will also be involved in advising on long-term business and financial planning and must have a strong working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
