Nurses must be able to work in all areas included within their assigned grouping.Registered Nurse QualificationsThe ideal Float Pool RN is an experienced clinician who is comfortable adapting to different care environments and collaborating with a variety of nursing teams.Required:Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.2 years of inpatient RN experience.Clinical nursing experience appropriate to the applicable clinical grouping.Ability and willingness to work across all areas within the assigned clinical grouping.Specific experience requirements may vary by clinical grouping and position.Compensation & BenefitsFull-Time and Part-Time positions are benefit-eligible based on the applicable FTE and position.Registered Nurses receive applicable compensation differentials based on their Facility Float or System-Wide Float assignment and clinical grouping. Additional premium pay programs may apply when eligibility requirements are met.Education:Diploma in Nursing (Required)Certifications:Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsCompensation:Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
