Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.What You’ll Work On:Engineer and support solutions across core M365 platform workloads, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, and Power Platform.Contribute to architecture, engineering, and operational governance for platform services.Support complex incident resolution, change implementation, and service improvements.Partner across engineering, support, cybersecurity, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.Contribute to standards, documentation, and repeatable engineering practices.Support strategic initiatives related to automation, governance, collaboration, and platform modernization.Join us. You Have:8+ years of experience with solutions engineering across core M365 workloads, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and TeamsExperience deploying Microsoft Purview solutions such as Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle Management, and Data Loss PreventionExperience performing deep level troubleshooting, scope determination, and root cause analysis, including communication with vendors, cross-functional teams, and leadership with varying technical backgroundsExperience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to lead complex technical initiatives, major escalations, and critical engineering workstreamsBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience deploying or administering Proofpoint products such as Proofpoint Protection Server, Email Fraud Defense, Targeted Attack Protection, Threat Response Auto-Pull, and Secure Email RelayExperience with PowerShell scripting and automationExperience mentoring others or coordinating technical work across teamsExperience supporting regulated, high-security, or complex enterprise environmentsCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
