Genesis Dental , a family-owned, newly renovated private practice, is hiring a Part-Time GBT Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive team. We offer a modern, digital environment, single-column scheduling, and a loyal patient base. This role is perfect for someone who values quality care, work-life balance, and a low-stress office culture.

Position Details

Schedule: 1-3 days/week (Any Day of Mon-Thurs)
Hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Potential to grow into a full-time position (4 days/week)
Great for hygienists seeking part-time, temp, or flexible scheduling

Compensation

$50-55 per hour , based on experience and skills
Full-time employees (if transitioned) receive excellent benefits

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric and adult patients
Perform prophy, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and impressions
Complete accurate dental and periodontal charting in Open Dental

Requirements

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in North Carolina
X-ray Certification
Local Anesthesia Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
Must be able to use with EMS Airflow / GBT if you would like to temp only
