The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain the product backlog, and drive clear documentation to enable delivery. The engagement is expected to run 6 to 12 months, with potential continuation based on funding, and collaborates closely with a Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager for People Tech. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases. Convert completed research into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Define user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs. Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews. Document workflow, process, and agent requirements. Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams. Support product testing and user acceptance activities. Track feedback and enhancement requests. Experience Requirements: Product Management fundamentals. Business process documentation. Agile delivery methodologies. Strong written communication skills. Experience with HR Technology platforms preferred. Exposure to AI-enabled products and workflows preferred. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
