IT Business Analyst II

Job Title

Due to business need, this role requires a specific start date and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Typically 35 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
• Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Lead or support mid-sized projects and initiatives
• Communicate with business and technical teams to validate requirements
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, systems, and requirements
