These roles will provide administrative and clerical support to mortgage operations, with a focus on USDA loan programs and systems. The Mortgage Clerk will assist with documentation, file maintenance, and loan processing activities to ensure smooth and compliant mortgage transactions./ppResponsibilities:/pulliObtain required information from insurance companies via telephone./liliOperate within the LoanServ environment to manage loan-related transactions./liliProcess tasks, post payments, and record payoffs in LoanServ./liliUpdate and maintain insurance information within LoanServ./liliIssue payments to insurance companies./liliResearch loan accounts and provide resolutions to discrepancies./liliPerform accurate and timely data entry for mortgage-related transactions./liliProvide support for the Single-Family Housing (SFH) Guaranteed Loan Program (GLP)./liliProcess loss claims in accordance with SFH-GLP regulations, policies, and procedures./liliConduct detailed account research and provide analysis to management and customers./liliDeliver customer service support to lenders and servicers via email and phone./liliAssist with loss claimrelated projects supporting the SFH-GLP and the SFH Claims Branch./liliExecute all loss claimrelated sub-tasks accurately and within required timelines./liliRespond to phone calls, voicemails, status inquiries, and emails promptly./liliInitiate imaging workflow tasks as needed from centralized SFH-G lender email accounts (SCB and SSB)./liliEnsure all calls and emails from centralized accounts are addressed per established procedures and service standards./liliProcess Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases./liliMaintain and update Form 410A Bankruptcy History documentation./li/ulpRequirements:/ppQualifications:/pulliMid-Level Mortgage Clerk (35 years experience)/lili35 years of mortgage, banking, or loan operations experience./liliDemonstrated experience supporting USDA loan programs and systems./liliSolid knowledge of loan documentation requirements and compliance standards./liliProven ability to manage multiple priorities and support a high-volume workload./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./li/ulpSecurity Requirements:/pulliU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required/liliAbility to obtain and maintain NACIC background investigation/li/ulpIf you are interested in this position, please send a copy of your latest resume at View email address on click.appcast.io with the information requested below:/pulliAvailability to start a new job/liliBest Rates/liliContact #/li/ulpPlease dont hesitate to contact me for any questions you may have.
