QSR Financial Controller Department: Operational Finance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Regal Way - Watford Description You lead financial control across the QSR business – bringing accuracy, pace and clarity to reporting while ensuring strong, reliable foundations. Owning month-end, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, you go beyond the numbers — turning data into insight that helps Operations leaders control costs, improve margins and drive performance. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you connect financial results with what’s happening on the ground, influencing decisions across labour, food and overheads. From forecasting and investment planning to cost control, pricing and margin optimisation, you play a key role in shaping profitability and supporting growth. As QSR Financial Controller, you’re not just reporting — you’re driving insight, strengthening control, and enabling the business to grow with confidence. This hybrid role is Midlands-based, with travel to our Head Office in Watford as required.
