*Job Summary*

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate *Project Management Trainer* to deliver high-quality training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management methodologies, planning, execution, monitoring, and project management tools, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Deliver instructor-led classroom, online, and corporate training sessions on Project Management.
* Design and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on practical exercises.
* Train learners on:

* Project Management Fundamentals
* Project Life Cycle
* Project Planning and Scheduling
* Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
* Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality Management
* Risk Management
* Resource Management
* Stakeholder Management
* Agile & Scrum Methodologies
* Waterfall Project Management
* Project Monitoring and Control
* Project Documentation and Reporting
* Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools
* Conduct practical sessions, case studies, simulations, and real-time project scenarios.
* Assess learners through quizzes, assignments, presentations, and mock interviews.
* Provide mentoring and career guidance to trainees.
* Stay updated with the latest project management methodologies, industry trends, and certification standards.
* Coordinate with the training team to improve course content and learner experience.

*Educational Qualification*

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
* Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
* PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification is preferred.

*Experience*

* 2-5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Training.
* Prior experience as a technical or professional trainer is preferred.
* Experience in corporate training will be an added advantage.
* Hands-on experience managing software, IT, or business projects is desirable.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification.
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®).
* PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
* Experience with:

* Microsoft Project
* Jira
* Azure DevOps
* Trello
* Asana
* Monday.com
* Confluence
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kanban is an added advantage.

*Compensation:* Trainers are eligible for an average compensation of ₹2.5 Lakhs per student, subject to organizational policies and applicable terms & conditions.
