Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe .

About the NICU:

• 22-bed, Level II NICU; 100-150 deliveries per month.
• 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.
• NNPs see both NICU and well-newborn patients.
• A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.
• Flexible 24- or 72-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.
• Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
• Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team
• Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired
