About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Day Shift at Momentous Health at Vandalia, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient records

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Current certification as a State Tested Nursing Assitant in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in healthcare or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as necessary

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
