Collaboration with caregivers and healthcare team members is essential, along with accurate documentation. Qualifications A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, current licensure, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain it. Strong communication, organization skills, and a dependable, compassionate approach are required. Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not mandatory.
