About our property:

Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. - 1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. - Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants. - 200,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. - Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!) - All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events. - Located in Westlake, Texas - near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke. - Property is managed by Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University.

Job Title: Greeter

BASIC FUNCTION: The Greeter position is the first and last impression as guests enter our restaurant or lounge. They will welcome guests, take guest counts, and complete side work tasks.

• Status: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests as they enter and depart the restaurant or lounge.
• Take guest counts as they enter the restaurant.
• Answer guest questions about our hotel, guest amenities, or restaurant menu.
• Complete side work tasks such as updating dietary menus, communicating with guests via email regarding restaurant questions, cleaning work area and more.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people.
• No experience required, we will train!
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
