The ideal busser is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Responsibilities include: Keeps a memorable guest dining experience for all guests as the #1 priority , assisting fellow team members as necessary Quickly and sanitarily clears, cleans and resets tables Maintains cleanliness of floors, tableware, walls, chairs and booths Maintains running sidework duties per store policy Do whatever it takes to make sure each guest leaves happy and ready to return and recommend Macayo's Requirements Must be a minimum of 16 years old High School diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required Customer service focused and solution oriented Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs Arizona Food Handler's card required within 30 days of employment Able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
