Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm


Children's Dental Health is seeking a passionate part-time X-ray certified Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.


As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel comfortable and receive the highest quality dental care possible. You will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, take X-rays, maintain patient records, and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal assistant for our team has a calm disposition and a talent for building rapport with young patients, who may be scared or anxious.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients to make them comfortable and prepare them for treatment.
• Taking and processing X-rays of patients
• Assist the doctors and patients with a wide range of restorative procedures
• Chart and enter notes in Dentrix
• Work in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• X-ray certification required
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, restorative, and orthodontics
• Dental Assisting certificate preferred
• Dental office experience preferred
