What We Offer 8-week Sales Development Program with in-depth training on Novatech products, sales model, and tools Ongoing Development with continuous opportunities throughout the year to build technical, sales, and product knowledge Collaborative Team Environment with coaching, mentorship, and peer support Your Responsibilities Engage New Business by driving leads and opening new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting Sales Excellence by following Novatech sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting best practices Local Networking by building relationships in the local business community to identify new business opportunities Become an Expert through deep knowledge of Novatech product and service offerings Relationship Building with key decision makers and senior executives to drive sales and grow revenue Achieve Goals by meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue goals within a defined territory What We Are Looking for in You Sales Athlete who is driven, creative, diligent, tenacious, and passionate about achieving success Positive Mindset with optimism and a will to win attitude Pipeline Management experience building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline Sales Activity focus with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets Adaptability with the ability to handle adversity and turn challenges into growth opportunities What You Bring to Novatech Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Outside sales experience preferred Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools and Microsoft Office A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle What We Offer Base salary aligned with experience and qualifications Uncapped commissions Mileage and expense reimbursement program Comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and other coverage options 401(k) plan with company matching contribution Generous paid time off, volunteer time off, floating holidays, company holidays, and parental leave Employee recognition programs Novatech provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants.
