Top 3 Required Skills:
- Administration of Night Shift Staff
- Follow through with operational directive and completion of tasks
- CRCST and one additional certification (such as CIS, CER, CHL) for SPD required
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Working Supervisor; should be able to assist staff with tasks
- Able to work with Censi-track tracking system
Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
- Assignment of given Staff
- Completion of Priority Trays
- Completion of 1st & 2nd Case Carts for the OR's
Minimum Education: HS Diploma and completion of certificate from an accredited Sterile Processing program.
