Position: Regional Director of Business Development Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/YR DOE Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584 and Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson Ave, Raymond, WA 98577 Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. What You'll Do Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach What We're Looking For Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing Clinical background is a strong plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred) What We Offer Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off to support work-life balance A supportive and mission-driven team environment Access to company resources and professional development opportunities Standard travel reimbursement Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care/Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
