Personal BankerPersonal Bankers build and strengthen client relationships by understanding financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions that help clients achieve financial confidence. They provide exceptional service, accurately open accounts and process transactions, promote bank products and services, and collaborate with team members to achieve individual and branch goals while ensuring a positive client experience.ResponsibilitiesOpen and service consumer deposit accounts while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Enthusiastic, ethical promotion of bank products happens through frequent conversations with Walmart customers, daily outbound calls, interactions with existing clients during every transaction, and group presentations.Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to improve convenience and enhance the banking experience.Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service while building strong client relationships. Resolve client inquiries with professionalism, ownership and follow-through.Process a variety of banking transactions, account maintenance requests, and operational tasks accurately and efficiently.Protect client and bank information by following all privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, bank policies, and procedures, including BSA, OFAC, audit, and security requirements.Complete required training in a timely manner and maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.Other specified duties as assigned.Compensation & BenefitsThe Personal Banker position pay rate is $22.00 to $26.50 per hour depending on experience. The position involves standing most of the workday. The position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. Position requires lifting and/or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
