About the team: Our team excels in managing a $2.3 billion maintenance portfolio, handling over 3.3 million annual work orders with a focus on preventative, scheduled, and reactive services. We are evolving Walmart’s internal technician program into a strategic enterprise asset while expanding maintenance solutions to external businesses. By optimizing technician deployment and maintaining high service standards, we enhance asset management, improve data accuracy, and reduce costs. Our approach emphasizes efficiency, financial discipline, and scalable models that support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for associates, customers, and the enterprise.
