Director of Construction

Providing executive oversight for a portfolio of large, complex projects, the full-time salaried Director of Construction will ensure consistent execution and performance while supporting Project Executives throughout all project phases, including planning and closeout, in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Oversee project forecasting, margin performance, and change strategy while maintaining full P&L responsibility for assigned projects Lead executive-level project reviews and mentor Project Executives, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance expectations Champion safety culture and quality standards across projects, collaborating with leadership to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in industrial or large commercial construction Proven leadership of large-scale projects and multi-project portfolios Demonstrated success with full P&L accountability Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, and risk management SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certifications, along with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR training
