The Central Sterile Technician is responsible for the sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment. Attention to detail is critical for ensuring that all tools are properly cleaned and sterile. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of sterilization processes and infection control measures is required. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with a shift from 12:00 PM to 08:30 PM.
