First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity , with earnings based on individual activity, production, and results.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,500 yearly

• Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve sales strategies and client engagement.
• Utilize technology and digital platforms to enhance client communication and streamline transaction processes.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value transactions with professionalism.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and technology to enhance client communication.
