I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a team of six. I've been with State Farm since 1986, with experience in both agency operations and the corporate side of the business. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, surfing, hiking, following college sports, and spending time with my family. Giving back to the community has always been a priority for me. Our agency proudly supports a variety of local charities and stays actively involved in community events and organizations throughout the year. Our agency offers health, life, and disability insurance, a Simple IRA, paid federal holidays, additional vacation PTO, and opportunities to build a rewarding long-term career. As an Account Manager for Richard Skipper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
