Senior Manager of Treasury

Our client is a global SaaS company. They seek a Senior Manager of Treasury to join their Holmdel, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity management, and reporting
- Develop treasury initiatives and execute strategies that support organizational objectives and financial priorities
- Cultivate banking relationships and coordinate financial services, account administration, and fee optimization efforts
- Oversee cash flow planning to maintain sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic requirements
- Coordinate funding and investment activities in accordance with established risk management and liquidity guidelines
- Administer debt obligations, covenant compliance, and related reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and planning teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Evaluate financial risk exposures and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Drive process enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies to improve scalability and accuracy
- Mentor treasury personnel by providing guidance, performance support, and professional development opportunities
- Advise internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters and serve as a key resource for operational inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or corporate finance
- Prior experience managing or leading treasury operations, projects, or team members
- Working knowledge of Cash Management, banking operations, and liquidity planning
- Experience supporting debt compliance, forecasting, or risk management activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with finance and business partners
- Certified Treasury Professional Certification is a plus
