Autonomy – Own your clinic’s operations, with support and guidance from the director, regional peers and the broader company. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards regional goals and standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any area OR Registered Nurse license required. Minimum of 3 years of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director. Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position). Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President. Collaboration is a must; work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligning with business needs. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Compensation for the role will depend on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
