At Drybar, our Bartenders can make or break our client’s experience and there is a lot riding on your attentiveness, kindness, and leadership within the shop. You help the team stay on time, grant or decline exceptions for reservations, and you drive our business when the Shift Lead or Shop Manager are not in shop. But we know you’ve got this, that’s why you’re here! Responsibilities As a Bartender, you are responsible for providing excellent client experiences, facilitating shop flow, following Bartender Non‑Negotiables and reporting daily sales results. We expect our Bartenders to be committed to contributing to the success of the team and the shop.
