We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines relationship‑driven sales with high‑level customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, building long‑term relationships, and serving as a trusted insurance advisor. In this position, you will work closely with clients to review coverage needs, develop insurance solutions, maintain strong retention, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our agency is known for while contributing to the agency's continued growth. Base salary of $60,000 with bonus opportunities, commissions, and paid on renewals Monday‑Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
