Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, hygiene, bathing, and grooming
• Support meal setup, feeding, and hydration for patients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Experience with high-acuity patients strongly preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• High school diploma or equivalent
