The Fulton County Board of Health provides a variety of services that help protect residents from health threats, increase access to health services to improve health outcomes, and provide information that assists Fulton County citizens in living healthier lives. The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Professional Health Care Wrkr (PH RN3) within the Fulton County Board of Health in the Nursing & Clinical Services Division. Daily duties often include giving vaccines, conducting health screenings, educating patients, tracking infections diseases, coordinate care, documenting health records, and supporting community wellness programs. Assists with school health services, maternal and child health programs, and emergency response efforts while working closely with clinics, schools, and community organizations. Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university. Situational Reasoning Requires the ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness, and creativity in critical and/or unexpected situations involving moderate risk to the organization.
