HR specialist/HR manager (China)

Find and recruit (including local Chinese staff and foreign experts) Complete the whole recruitment process: arrange recruitment, conduct interviews, organize induction training Registration of persons in accordance with China's labor law Coordinate national agencies to interact (if necessary) on issues such as employee registration, visa support, etc. Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures Evaluate employee performance and organize corporate training and activities Maintain a positive team atmosphere and resolve HR issues Higher Education At least 2-3 years working experience in HR Department of International Company or Chinese company is preferred, understanding the labor law of the people s Republic of chinaーー advantages Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 or above) and/or English (intermediate or above) Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, results-oriented Willingness to move or live in china-advantages Competitive salary (based on interview results) Legal employment in China Medical Insurance Corporate activities and training Career development opportunities in international teams
