Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic with experience in electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting to help keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
Inspect equipment and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and startup projects.
Follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Support continuous improvement efforts for equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
