The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Benefits Paid Time off Mileage reimbursement Life Insurance Health Insurance 401K Qualifications Certification as a Hospice Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures Experience in providing care for patients in various settings Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols Physical ability to lift and move patients safely Expected hours: 40 per week Physical Setting: Long term care Nursing home Assisted living Personal Care Residential Home #J-18808-Ljbffr
