Location: Juno Beach, FL (relocation open - needs to be onsite from day 1)

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce platform internals
- Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
- Proven track record in data migration projects - ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines , and DevOps tooling
- Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
- Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals , Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred)
