As our Admin Extraordinaire, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly — from warm parent greetings and school tours to behind-the-scenes organization magic. If you love juggling tasks, building connections, and making a real impact, this is the job for you! What You’ll Do: * Be the friendly face and first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff * Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine — answering phones, emails, managing records, and more * Assist with student enrollment, registrations, and essential paperwork * Coordinate communication between parents and staff to ensure everyone’s on the same page * Support teachers and classrooms when needed to keep the learning energy high * Manage staff leave requests and daily schedules * Prepare classroom materials, supply/food orders, and oversee opening/closing center duties * Submit attendance to various scholarship systems * And more—you’re the admin MVP, after all! What You Bring: * AA in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s in Human Resources/Administration * 90-hour preschool and infant/toddler certifications * Previous admin experience, ideally in a school or childcare setting * Strong organization and multitasking superpowers * Stellar communication and people skills * Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office * Discreet, professional, and always ready with a smile * A love for children and a can-do attitude!
