RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train and coach new and existing sales representatives on core insurance products and services.
Work with both in person and remote sales representative
Assist the Agent to set and execute agency productions goals
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Track sales representatives sales and activities.
Develop coachable strategies to present products and bundle packages to customers and identify sales opportunities.
Hold sales representatives accountable for submitting 20-25 new business applications and/or $25000 in premium each month
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of direct State Farm sales experience
Currently licensed with Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Education: High school diploma required, college graduate preferred.
Prior sales experience and sales training preferred.
Ideally looking for candidates in Nassau, Suffolk or Queens counties.
