WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of the community—keeping units functional, safe, and move-in ready:

• Completing general maintenance work orders efficiently
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Performing HVAC checks and basic repairs (if certified)
• Assisting with make-readies/turns to prepare units for new residents
• Ensuring common areas and grounds are well-maintained
• Delivering professional, timely service to residents

️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re targeting candidates who are reliable, skilled, and ready to work :

• Experience in apartment or residential maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• HVAC certification is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
