Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Night Shift

Provides flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units as a Float RN in a major medical center. Responsibilities: Floats to 65+ units, supporting diverse patient populations and specialties. Develops and implements individualized care plans, promotes patient safety, and educates patients and families on illness management. Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. Maintains current clinical knowledge and adheres to standards of nursing practice. Qualifications: Requires a current RN license and at least 2 years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical experience. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, communication skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Preferred qualifications include ICU experience, BSN or enrollment in a BSN program, and prior float pool experience.
